Mark wpewebkit as not supported in bullseye (LTS)

Santiago R.R. requested to merge wpewebkit-bullseye into master

Security updates are done by full version backports and it is not possible to guarantee that there won't be API changes or backward incompatibilites before bullesye LTS reaches EOL.
