update examples/* with debmake 4.5.0
This updates all build logs in examples/ directory which are included in the debmake-doc.
I regenerated the result in unstable chroot with debmake 4.5.0
Before merging this, I need to understand some previous changes otto made. Specifically: line 4-9
I don't see such in my log. Where did it come from?
(These lines don't show up in published page since these are in skipped part as far as published pages are concerned.)
