Fix misc typos and syntax issues

Otto Kekäläinen requested to merge otto/debmake-doc:fix-typos-and-syntax into master

These were split out from !33 as I suspect it will take some more time until I figure out how to implement the trigger correctly, but these fixes are pretty clear and could go on mainline already now.
