Extend manpage examples to include one in Markdown

This man page template works well and I have used it in e.g. https://github.com/aristocratos/btop/pull/724.

Note! Please @osamu review and merge !13 (merged) first, as we need the CI to ensure all follow-up changes don't introduce easily detectable regressions.
