Update German translations

Tobias Frost requested to merge update-german-translation into master
  • mostly removing fuzzy flags where only source syntax has changed (or words changed that does not change the translation at all) (but I still reviewed them to make sure they are ok)
  • some stuff was quite outdated
  • rewrote some German sentences (to make them more natural-sounding in German)
