Fix test for Files-Included

Olek Wojnar requested to merge olek/devscripts:olek-empty_dir into main

mk-origtargz currently leaves empty directories when using Files-Included. Unfortunately, testGoVendorIncludeIgnore was not correctly checking for this behavior.
