A couple of menu-related changes

Pino Toscano requested to merge pino/dossizola:menu-changes into master
  • Drop menu file and its pixmap, since dossizola already provides a .desktop file
    • drop the imagemagick build dependency, as "convert" is no more used during the build
  • Drop the 'Application' category from dossizola.desktop, as that category is deprecated.
