OpenPGP cleanups

This MR contains a terminology cleanup patch which is intended to involve no functional changes and should be safe to apply right away. And another commit renaming the current gpg hook into openpgp, where I'm not sure how you'd like to handle a smooth transition, as I've not seen any aliasing support, thus the Draft marking. :)
