Add a DEP-8 test checking that gpgsm can fetch certificates over LDAP

LDAP is an excellent way for large businesses and organizations to distribute data, so this test checks that certificates can be put into a slapd database and then fetched and imported into gpgsm. LDAP has been supported for a while, but it has really shaped up in GnuPG 2.4.
