Release GoldenDict version 1.5.0

1.5.0 was planned to be released at the end of 2013, according to the
due date of the milestone 1.5:
https://github.com/goldendict/goldendict/milestones

The planned release still hasn't materialized after almost 10 years.
GoldenDict kept evolving during this time. Many new features have been
implemented and even more bugs have been fixed. A new release has been
requested by numerous users over the years. Let us release now and not
delay for so long next time.
