Don't make the executable setgid games

  • Remove patch that tried to use /var/games/hannah

    This hasn't actually been applied since version 2, before trixie; and it wouldn't be effective anyway because nothing creates /var/games/hannah/ with suitable permissions.

  • d/rules: Don't make the executable setgid games

    setgid isn't required to store a high-score table in the home directory, and it breaks expected functionality in any library that is appropriately cautious about elevated privileges, such as GTK and Mesa.

    This also has the effect that "Rules-Requires-Root: binary-targets" is no longer necessary.
