Resolve some lintian issues towards v4.0.1-2

Hi,

When working for libhitaki in mentors.d.n, the following lintian issues appear in the related packages.

  • hardening support
  • dependency on dh sequence for gir
  • migration to gobject-introspection package v1.78.1-7 or later

I'm pleased if you applying the series of changes in this MR as a preparation for libhinawa v4.0.1-2 package.
