Revert "Import 4.0.1-2.1 changes"

This reverts commit 2aaec721.

The libhinawa library does not use time_t type at all. The ABI provided by libhinawa is not affected by the type. The process to detect the affection includes either any mistake or misunderstanding.

This commit reverts the commit to append t64 suffix to the library itself and the relevant changes.
