Update dovecot rules

Vincas Dargis requested to merge Talkless-guest/logcheck:dovecot into master

I've been running dovecot for few months now on Debian 10 Buster, and lot's of various log messages related to timeouts, SSL errors or other irregularities. Seems there's a lot of scanners out there, and these rules makes logcheck output saner.
