WIP: Use pristine-tar, repackage away binaries from the source tarball, misc. fixes

  • Configure gbp to use pristine-tar during import-orig.
  • Configure uscan to automatically repackage the upstream tarball, removing the compiled JS.
  • Check that CI uses pristine-tar for builds.
  • Minor syntax cleanup in debian/rules
  • Override a Lintian false-positive (nyx isn't a transitional package)
