Vcs update

faboulous/openntpd:VCS_update into master
  • Pushing last version as VCS repository is not up to date, based on sources in unstable.
  • Including all CI test according to CI team recommendation
  • Increase verbosity of gcc to be able to run (and pass) blhc test.

Should be tag as 1:6.2p3-4 version
