Upstream version 14.8.5

hereby i announce S-nail v14.8.5, the «Hen Harrier».
It is mostly a bug fixing release.

There are three more major features that i want S-nail to be able
to deal with before i finally turn away to S-roff and S-CText for
many months, but i need some time for that.
On the other hand serious bugs have been fixed and i didn't want
those to linger around for seven or eight more weeks.  (On october
25th it"ll be three years since the first S-nail release.)

This is the "Nameless bird (shot by Hemingway)",

so build ourselfs a new cage, hey, it's for safety purposes..

This bird adds support for IDNA via idnkit, changes the privilege-
separated dotlock helper to a SETUID program, improves S/MIME
interoperability a bit, improves -t and *expandaddr*.  And a bit.

It fixes a severe symlink related bug *but* which only matters
on old systems without a realpath(3) function, like Solaris 9;
none of the systems that S-nail ever has been packaged for is
vulnerable, for example.
