Given glusterfs 11 restricted availability to 64bit architectures, stop
building tgt-glusterfs on 32bit architectures. Limit Build-Depends:
libglusterfs-dev too.

GlusterFS 6 introduced API changes; notably, glfs_pread/pwrite and
glfs_fdatasync() now take extra arguments, breaking the tgt build. Fix
this by checking the GlusterFS API version in use and providing
compatibility definitions for the changed functions.

Using pkg-config to check the GlusterFS API version requires us to also
B-D on uuid-dev, as libglusterfs-dev does not depend on it explicitly,
despite listing it as a dependency in the .pc file.

This allows tgt to be cross-built properly.
