d/tests: add 'login' test

Florent 'Skia' Jacquet requested to merge skia/util-linux:skia/add_login_test into debian/unstable

With util-linux gaining the login binary package, better have it test the commands it provides. This is in no way an exhaustive test, but will exercise at least once the login, newgrp, and nologin binaries.
