Put descriptions in the correct order

  • Move the sources.patches.dd-list.* descriptions higher.

Otherwise the sources.patches.dd-list.* files inherit "Package name/version and patches" description of the sources.patches file, as their own descriptions aren't used by the Apache autoindex module.
