watch file corrections:

1. - character separates debian package revision from upstream release version. Therefore, uversionmangle is necessary to normalise upstream version for compliance.

It might be prudent to advise upstream about the following document:

as well as to recommend upstream to follow Semantic Versioning so we would not have to normalise upstream versions by removing - characters.

2. uscan and origtargz should be able to obtain upstream source archive. repacksuffix is to ensure that downloaded archive is properly named.
