CI: Drop tests broken by forky

These tests worked when trixie was testing but they are broken now, and not useful.

I intend to merge this after !336 (merged) so that if we need to do another stable update the tests work. (For !336 (merged) I've already sent in the request to the release team and I don't want to complicate matters by adding another patch to it.)

Branch is on top of !336 (merged)

Draft because:

• !336 (merged) needs to merge first
• this should only merge after we've done the upload to trixie
• and the upload has been ACCEPTed
• we should rebase this onto trixie mainline after !336 (merged) has been squashed and merged
