Rename libraries of this project to avoid conflict with liburjtag

The purpose of this change is to avoid a conflict with liburjtag reported in bug #1100873. Since the names liburjtag0 and liburjtag-dev are taken and according to its maintainer the reason for packaging the fork is not solved by the latest liburjtag I suggest to rename the libraries of this package.

Alternatives:

  1. Revert to the old version previously found in Debian which does not provide separate libraries
  2. Remove the package at all if there is no interest
