A recent update of transient breaks its interface and the latest snapshot of rg.el is updated to be compatible and requires (transient "0.9.2").

This MR updates to this snapshot and provides other QoL changes (the temporary upstream tag is upstream/2.3.0+git20250625.7611852b and already pushed).

This is intended for experimental as transient 0.9.3-1~exp1 is currently in experimental only for now.
