unset OS2_UseTypoMetrics

Hi,

see https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=117411. Basically it seems that a fonts-liberation2 update broke some details of glyph rendering which made it break back then already in 2017 (libreoffice-team/libreoffice/libreoffice@a193656c).

Upstream points out (in https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=117411#c21 that this patch fixes it).
