move recommended font packages from Depends to Recommends

The package description talks about this package representing a list of recommended packages, albeit defining hard dependencies on the packages in this list. This means, you have to install either the full set of dependencies - or not install this package at all.

For my part, I can live without colored emojis and never need a Courier clone while I still appreciate the recommendations on the other fonts.

It would be nice to be able to install this package without being forced to always pull in the full list of (rather arbitrary) recommendations.
