Add support for pcDuino3/pcDuino3S

Add support for pcDuino3/pcDuino3s. Thanks to hardware donation by FreedomBox Foundation, I have tested the following functions:

  • HDMI output
  • USB ports (two work, one does not)
  • Network
  • No problem in setup log
  • No problem in firstboot.log
  • Basic plinth first boot wizard
  • Boot process shows no problem

Most of the changes are simply untabify.
