Various improvements

A few improvements in random areas:

1. Allow some options to be set through environment variables: SOURCE, SUITE, IMAGE_SIZE, MIRROR and BUILD_MIRROR.
2. Fix bugs so SOURCE actually works.
3. Insert "nonfree" to image filenames for dreamplug and raspberry1/2. Use "free" for other targets.
4. Some improvements to make the Customizations feature a bit more useful.
