builder, vm: Increase size of the image for VMs

Sunil Mohan Adapa requested to merge sunilmohan/freedom-maker:increase-vm-image-size into master
  • Size of the compressed image increased by ~40MiB as a result.

Tests:

  • Boot qemu-amd64, virtualbox-amd64 image and verify that the disk size is ~16GiB.
