Hardware setup
This change is on top of the "make test" pull request, so please merge that one first.
This copies the hardware setup script from freedombox-setup to freedom-maker. I removed the macchanger configuration, because macchanger does the right thing by default now. I'll make a patch for freedombox-setup to remove the hardware setup script.
The idea behind this move is that freedombox-setup will focus on configuring a Debian install as a FreedomBox, while freedom-maker can handle making bootable images for various hardware targets. This will also make it easier to add new hardware targets.
