Updated installation instructions

I'm not too familiar with freedom-maker, so please correct my mistakes, I just found the documentation to be a bit out of date. Is http://anonscm.debian.org/git/freedombox/freedom-maker.git still the preferred source for freedom-maker, or should we point users to github?
