Draft: babel: jinja2: Don't specify extensions
WithExtension and AutoEscapeExtension are built-in starting in v3.1.0.
This should fix an error shown in the CI build: https://salsa.debian.org/freedombox-team/freedombox.org/-/jobs/4327311#L823
However, fbfweb2 is running bullseye, and has python3-jinja2 2.11.3-1, so this should not be merged until it is updated.
