snapshots: Clarify description of Software Installation Snapshots

The page says "Enable or disable snapshots before and after software installation". But it seems to also take a snapshot whenever it is upgrading a package. Personally I find this less useful (compared to snapshots when installing new apps), and will probably disable it to save space.
