backups: Add link to Backup to app pages

Minor UX suggestion: If I am thinking to backup data for an app, I would think to go to the app's page first, rather than going to the Backups page. So I would suggest that we add a link in the gear menu, for "Backup this app". It would go to the Backups' Create page with only that app pre-selected.
