New Diagnostic API

  • Implement new diagnostics API as discussed during Summit.
  • Remove the need for sending diagnostics_module_name to views.
  • Lots of cleanup as a result of component based API.
  • Fix issue with showing clients information in minidlna.
  • Refactor help app to be consistent with other apps.
  • Move diagnostics utils from action_utils to respective modules.
