ci: Switch to testing image

James Valleroy requested to merge jvalleroy/freedombox:gitlab-ci-testing into master

I propose to switch to testing for the CI pipeline. This will be more reliable than unstable, thanks to autopkgtest which blocks migration of packages that cause regressions. Most packages in unstable (which pass autopkgtest) will migrate to testing within 2 days.
