Draft: [sources list] ensure and work with dist-names (both stable and testing codenames)

I think not looking to replace "testing" allows to use the code names of the distribution in the sources list of the testing images, so that these systems can automatically become stable (if test_upgrade=False).

The remaining questions are:

  • Where to change the sources list of the generated testing images to use the distribution-codename instead of generic "testing"?
  • Where to set a default test_upgrade=False for testing images?
