Change label of backups configuration submit button to fix translation issues

The « Update » label is used for the « Submit » button of the backups system app, but « Update » is also used in various places meaning « System update » which makes it impossible to translate it correctly in all places.

I propose to use « Submit » here which is will be consistent with the config page of various other pages and will be translatable.
