lintian: overrides to protect removal of old conffiles

Tried to narrow down the lintian-overrides by providing globs but failed and I couldn't find syntax descriptions on the web. Overriding the rules without further arguments worked. Please narrow them down if you know how, but don't invest too much time as this is blocking the pipelines.

Merged after making the overrides specific to the problem. Looks like lintian is running behind on a new feature introduced in dpkg and debhelper.

One trick I found for writing the overrides files is that one can simply copy/paste the line from lintian output into the lintian-overrides (without the intial E: part). Then we can generalize with wildcards.
