Convert functional tests to non-BDD python format - part 3

This completes the conversion of BDD functional tests.

Tests:

  • On stable, there is only 1 failure, calibre's test_add_delete_book. This one usually fails though.
  • On testing, there were additional failures from i2p (#2127 (closed)) and wordpress (#2128 (closed)). I think these are actual issues though (FreedomBox needs to be updated to handle the new versions of these packages).
