d/control: Allow building with python interpreter of any arch

Sunil Mohan Adapa requested to merge sunilmohan/freedombox:fix-lintian-python-any into master

python3-all:any means that python3 interpreter of any architecture could be used to build the package. python3-all means that same architecture as the build process would be needed. This is a stricter restriction and is unnecessary for the case of freedombox package.
