dynamicdns: Replace ez-ipupdate

Sunil Mohan Adapa requested to merge sunilmohan/freedombox:dynamicdns-replace-ezipupdate into master

Continuation of work done in !2188 (closed). Completely re-write all the configuration handling and remaining code to update the DNS entries. Tweaks the UI to make it look like rest of the apps.

Needs more testing to come out of draft status.
