ARM64: Add container script support and instructions to run VMs on Apple Silicon
This is not the most efficient way of setting up a FreedomBox development environment on an M1 MacBook, but it is one way that works. We can update it once the ARM64 image can be made to work reliably with systemd-nspawn in a virtualized Debian on macOS.
Update: There are Dev images for ARM64 available now (i.e. for testing and unstable). The container script detects the system architecture and picks the correct images.
Instructions for macOS in HACKING handle both the Emulation and Virtualization cases, with Virtualization recommended for performance reasons.
