nextcloud: Round 3 changes

Sunil Mohan Adapa requested to merge sunilmohan/freedombox:nextcloud-round-3 into master
  • Switch to using php-fpm container instead of apache container for Nextcloud.
  • Use quadlets instead of 'podman systemd generate'
  • Drop network namespacing in container, use host network mainly for simplicity.
