RFC: first_boot: Major changes to first setup wizard

Sunil Mohan Adapa requested to merge sunilmohan/freedombox:remove-update-during-firstboot into main
  • Remove the 'run software update' step
  • Remove the 'network configuration/topologies' steps.
  • Add notification for manually running software updates.
  • Add notification for reaching next steps page.
  • Make 'setup complete, next steps' page re-visitable.

This is built on top of !2538 (closed) . That one should be merged before this.
