ci: Reimplement functional tests using containers

Sunil Mohan Adapa requested to merge sunilmohan/freedombox:ci-functional-tests into main

So far a test has not fully completed to give results. But I have see functional tests succeeding. We can merge this and start debugging any remaining issues.
