First boot improvements

  • Implement three screens as proposed in #188 (closed). Closes #188 (closed).
  • Show the network diagram on network list page.
  • Also fix issue with unknown device when showing network connection.
  • Images are taken from Tango icon set, GNOME icons or created.
  • Diagram is responsive, works for very small device widths also.
  • First cut, special cases of network connectivity are not handled.
