Fix several issues with monkeysphere:

  • Error with 'available_domains' key not found.
  • Allow plinth to run as non-root
  • Handle case where a domain imported into a key is no longer available
  • Sorting keys/domains during display
  • Handle monkeysphere switch to SHA256 hashes and gpg2
