letsencrypt: directly call certbot in action script

In our actions/letsencrypt script, we still call letsencrypt instead of certbot. That's slightly confusing and outdated. I guess it should be safe to change this? This would fix issue #879 (closed) (which was silly of me to create as well, sorry).
