letsencrypt: delete button cleans up certificate renewal management

This PR is a bit of cleanup from #891: It ensures that the LE certificate delete button also deletes possible left-over configuration from the "Plinth certificate renewal management" option. I've also made the message phrasing slightly more precise, always calling the option certificate renewal management.
